Went with a couple of friends to try their Foot Treatment at this spa near Bukit Bintang, and we all loved it! The massage had just the right pressure, and by the time it was done, my legs felt so refreshed and light. The atmosphere is calming, and the complimentary ginger tea at the end was perfect. Honestly, for the price and the quality, it’s such a good deal — highly recommend if you’re looking for something relaxing to do together.

The staff are very warm, attentive, and professional. From the booking process to the service itself, every detail was handled thoughtfully.

I'm a Healthland member since 2021 and has ever since bought packages. I also took my friend and my family to go with me sometimes. But this BTS branch is my new favorite now! The service is polite and feel personal, I was debating between the Thai Deep Tissue or Thai Oil Treatment, because I liked the oil massage as its relaxing but also the hard pressed massage for the extra relief. The lady at the front office desk instructed that they can combine it for me! 🥰 She instructed the masseuse, and I really got the best of both world for my 90 mins!! She massaged my uterus and head as well. The best and most complete. Will definitely come backk, thank you miss 1883 🫶

I came here because of shoulder and neck tension, and the experience was better than expected. The therapist was very skilled and focused on the problem areas. I felt much lighter and more relaxed after the massage. The environment was calm and clean. I would definitely return.

Came here with a friend for a little catch-up session and tried their Foot Treatment at this spa near Bukit Bintang. After a long week of walking around the city, this was exactly what we needed — my legs felt so much lighter afterwards! The place is clean and relaxing, and they even served warm ginger tea at the end, which was such a nice touch. Prices are very reasonable too, so definitely worth the experience.
One of the worst massage experiences ever — thanks to the counter lady.

Their website clearly shows RM99 for a 90-min Happy Hour, but when we arrived, they(she) charged RM119.9 per person, saying SST and balm were “included and mandatory.” I told the counter I didn’t want the balm, but she said there was no option to refuse. So basically, the price online is misleading.
2. When I made the reservation, I clearly mentioned 2 people for a 90 min Thai massage. Yet when we arrived at 4:25pm for our 4:30pm booking, they only had one Thai massage bed available.
At 4:30, they washed our feet and brought us inside — then complete confusion. The counter lady and therapists looked unprepared and didn’t know what to do.
After whispering among themselves, she finally told one of us to “wait just 6 minutes.”
That “6 minutes” turned into almost 30 minutes.
One person entered the room around 4:36-38pm, while the other didn’t start until 4:58pm. I checked the time because the delay was SO RIDICULOUS without any apologies.
When my mum asked while waiting my massage to be done, the counter lady kept making excuses, repeating “only 6 minutes was delayed,” instead of simply apologizing.
Not a single word of sorry. Not once.
If she checked the CCTV, she’d clearly see when we entered and when the massage actually ended.

Because of her poor management and attitude, one of us had to wait nearly 30 minutes, and the other had to sit around afterward. We booked together for a reason — not to take turns.
Completely unprofessional and poorly managed.
The counter lady clearly doesn’t understand the basics of customer service or responsibility.
If you can’t handle reservations properly or offer a simple apology when you screw up, you shouldn’t be working in customer service.
A total waste of time, money, and patience.
Also, whoever is controlling the reservation, if you can’t handle reservations properly, don’t take them.
